Who Needs to Fill the Winter 2025 Exam Form?

MSBTE Carry On Rules 2025

The board updates syllabus every five years, changing eligibility and progression rules. Key highlights for 2025 include:
  • G Scheme, E Scheme, I Scheme students can carry on if failed in up to 2 subjects.
  • First year students must pass 4 of 6 subjects (maximum 2 ATKT) for next year admission.
  • For 3rd semester, students must not have more than 5 failed subjects in the last 2 semesters and must pass all 1st semester subjects.
Exceeding backlog limits disqualifies students from moving to the next year/semester.
